We recognize that clients may have different needs and be in different planning stages for their event thus
FIT 2 BE TIED offers three levels of planning & consultation services: FULL, SHARED & ON-THE-DAY.
For our fee structure, Fit 2 be tied charges a minimum fee for our event management service based on the time we will invest in planning and coordinating your event, the level of service you choose, the size of your event, the customized services you will request and the number of assistants your event will require us to manage. These factors will influence the starting price of our event planning and coordination services.

8 months to 1 year before the event
This package is for the clueless or overseas client who just does not have the time,
the resources, patience and the ability
to deal with details and wants an expert
to manage the event from the start
to completion of the event.
A dedicated event manager
will work closely with you
from the idea or concept stage
right through the end of event itself.
With this package, you can relax,
leave the organizing to us
and have a great stress-free event!
At least 6 months before the event
This package is for clients
who already started with the event planning and accomplished at least 50% of the conceptualization & event detailing
but do not have the time and the ability to continue with the preparation
and planning process.
Your event manager will be by your side
at the end of the phone or email
whenever needed and that includes
at the event day itself.
A month before the event
This is the package for the organized and meticulous type who has the time and the natural flair to prepare and confirm
all the event details and just need the help
of an event management team
to execute flawlessly as possible
their vision and event plans.
